The Ekiti state higher institution games ESHIGA came again with another interesting sporting event this year making it the 3rd of its kind as a total number of 8 higher institutions competed for the trophy.
The competition which involved all the higher institutions in Ekiti state included different indoor and outdoor games for both males and females.
The event commenced on the 4th of march and came to an end on the 7th of March, 2019 in Afe Babalola University Ado-Ekiti which is the host institution where winners in all categories were awarded.
Eksu Basketball team came third in competition defeating their opponent ikere college education a whooping 54-23 to claim the third place, The Defending champion were very disappointed for not claiming the top spot again this time again due to their loss to abuad in there first game losing 30-16
